Community
The Fellows program provides a small glimpse into what true belonging looks like in God’s kingdom. Here, we are intentionally building a community that values vulnerability and authenticity, where fellows are deeply involved in each other's lives. We navigate life together, side by side. Every week we share meals, stories, laughter, and sometimes, even tears.
Experience true belonging by forming meaningful relationships within the program, your local church, and the Winston-Salem community.
Living together
Located on a historic 212-acre campus in the heart of Winston-Salem, the Fellows House is more than a home—it’s the heartbeat of our community.
The Fellows House is a rented space on the grounds of Crossnore, commonly known to be among the most beautiful properties in Winston-Salem.
Located downtown, fellows are just steps away from hiking trails, parks, coffee shops and bakeries.
Fellows have private rooms and bathrooms. The house is complete with an industrial kitchen and communal spaces for learning, dining, and relaxing.
One night a week, members of the community host the Fellows for a meal together, followed by worship, discussion and prayer.
Fellows have a chance to experience community from new perspectives and learn from their hosts about their own spiritual journeys, as well as sharing their lives with one another.
Roundtable
City of Winston-Salem
Our program immerses Fellows in the culture of Winston-Salem and encourages active participation in the city’s rich community. The city’s history and creativity shine through its vibrant downtown, historic neighborhoods, and cultural events. From being the birthplace of the nation’s first arts council to hosting top-tier universities like Wake Forest and UNCSA, Winston-Salem is where past and future converge.
Advances
Testimony ADVANCE
Testimony Advance is a long weekend at the beach where Fellows come together to tell their stories, hear how God is at work in others’ lives, and grow in understanding of their own journey of faith and redemption.
TFI Conference
In the fall, Fellows head to Washington, D.C. for the TFI Conference. They meet other Fellows programs from across the nation, hear from dynamic speakers, and explore the city together, all while learning and growing in leadership and faith
Day of Silence
Fellows spend a day in solitude, stepping away from distractions to listen to God’s voice, and experience His presence in a focused, intentional way.
And More!
Throughout the year, Fellows embark on retreats across North Carolina to the mountains, lakes, and beaches. Each trip is designed to combine adventure, reflection, and community-building, helping Fellows grow in faith, deepen friendships, and experience God’s creation in meaningful ways.
