As a Fellow, you will have the opportunity to network and learn from leaders across a variety of industries throughout our community, preparing you well for your job search after the program.

Our program immerses Fellows in the culture of Winston-Salem and encourages active participation in the city’s rich community.

The city offers abundant career opportunities with major financial hubs like Truist and Wells Fargo, world-class healthcare systems such as Atrium Wake Forest Baptist and Novant Health, and globally recognized companies including HanesBrands, Krispy Kreme, and Inmar. It’s also home to hundreds of nonprofits, arts organizations, and an innovation district, providing Fellows with unique chances to learn, serve, and grow their careers.

Career

Fellows work 25-30 hours per week in paid positions aligned with their interests and goals.

We partner with values-driven organizations offering opportunities in fields like healthcare, finance, education, and nonprofits, ensuring your work is both meaningful and impactful.

Leader Lunches are an essential part of the weekly Fellows experience, bringing together a diverse group of professionals—such as business leaders, entrepreneurs, and educators—to share their perspectives on leadership and vocation.
